Nexus Infosys is a marketing and distribution company, not a manufacturer.
Our responsibility ends once the goods leave our warehouse.
Nexus Infosys provides a proper GST invoice for all products sold. If you require your company’s GST number on the invoice, please mention it in the comment box during ordering and provide a copy of your GST certificate.
- A convenience fee of 2% will be deducted for orders canceled by the buyer before shipping. Once shipped, a 5% charge applies to cancellations. A 3% fee will apply for order modifications after shipping, while no charge applies before shipping. These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount. Refunds will be initiated once the product is returned in the same condition it was shipped.
- A 5% deduction from the order value will apply if the payment was made using Bajaj EMI, applicable only if the order is canceled by the buyer.
- Products sold by Nexus Infosys are components and spares of computers, not a complete system unless specified.
- For products purchased for special usage in abnormal environments, such as non-standard conditions, the warranty will be void if this is not informed at the time of purchase.
- Customers cannot waive responsibility by claiming ignorance of the terms and conditions.
- For “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) products, all parts and accessories must be intact in the box for the case to be accepted as DOA; otherwise, it will be treated as an RMA case.
- Nexus Infosys reserves the right to cancel any orders due to price or stock issues.
WARRANTY & RMA TERMS:
All products sold by Nexus Infosys come with a carry-in warranty. Shipping charges for sending and returning RMA products must be covered by the buyer if the product is outside our policy window.
On-site warranty is only provided if your location falls within the brand’s service reach. Otherwise, the warranty service defaults to carry-in.
Nexus Infosys is not liable for any damages that occur during transit while shipping RMA products back to you, as our shipping service does not cover insurance for such damages.
“Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” means that the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer or distributor. Nexus Infosys holds no legal or financial liability in these cases. However, we are here to assist if you encounter issues claiming the warranty.
Always send a copy of the Nexus Infosys invoice for warranty purposes when seeking service.
Warranty claims will only be accepted if the products are in good physical condition.
Products with broken or burnt pins, cracks, missing components, or tampered warranty stickers will have their warranty voided.
The duration of the RMA or warranty claim is subject to the brand’s policies. Nexus Infosys has no control over delays in this process.
The warranty is void if the damage is due to mishandling, improper installation, or any conditions that are outside the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Warranty is strictly against manufacturing defects as per the manufacturer’s policy. Customers with local service centers should approach them directly for warranty claims.
Warranty-covered products will either be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer or supplier’s policy.
Nexus Infosys reserves the right to reject any material received for warranty if it lacks accessories, manuals, software CDs/DVDs, or original packaging.
Any litigation or service issues must be addressed directly to the manufacturer or distributor. Nexus Infosys is not responsible for any related litigation.
Warranty service will only be provided if full payment has been made by the due date.
The RMA or warranty claim service is not guaranteed for a lifetime and can be revoked by Nexus Infosys at any time without prior notice.
