All products sold by Nexus Infosys are genuine and supplied with a valid GST invoice. Customers requiring GST billing must provide GST details at the time of placing the order.

Order Cancellation & Modification

• Orders are generally non-cancellable once placed.

• Convenience Fee:

  • A Convenience Fee is applicable only to payments made through Razorpay.
  • Customers who do not wish to pay the Convenience Fee may choose UPI QR Code or Direct Bank Transfer as the payment method, where no Convenience Fee will be charged.
  • The Convenience Fee is a payment-processing-related charge and is non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.
• Cancellation requested by the customer:
  • If a cancellation request is accepted, the Convenience Fee charged for online payment will be non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
  • In addition to the non-refundable Convenience Fee, applicable cancellation/processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the stage of the order:
    • Before dispatch: Up to 3% processing/cancellation charges may apply.
    • After dispatch: Up to 5% cancellation/handling charges may apply, subject to the nature and status of the shipment.
  • Any applicable charges will be adjusted from the refund amount, if any.
• Cancellation due to non-fulfilment by Nexus Infosys:
  • If Nexus Infosys is unable to fulfill an order due to non-availability of stock, discontinuation of a product, pricing/system error, or any other reason attributable to Nexus Infosys, the customer will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the order.
  • The Convenience Fee charged for online payment is non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
  • No additional customer cancellation/processing charge will be deducted in such cases.
• Order modifications:
  • Before dispatch: Order modifications may be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability and feasibility.
  • After dispatch: Modifications may not be possible and, where feasible, may attract applicable shipping, handling, or other charges.

All applicable charges, including non-refundable Convenience Fees and cancellation/handling charges, will be adjusted from the refund amount, where applicable.

Product Scope & Usage

• Products sold are individual components/peripherals, not complete systems unless explicitly specified
• Any special usage in abnormal or non-standard environments must be disclosed at the time of purchase
• Warranty may be void if products are used outside manufacturer-recommended conditions

Transit Damage Policy

• Nexus Infosys takes responsibility for transit damage
• A complete unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage
• Claims without proper proof will not be accepted

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

• Must be reported within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and complete with all accessories and packaging
• If validated:
  
  • Replacement will be provided (subject to availability), or
  • Assistance will be given for brand-level resolution

If accessories or packaging are missing, the case will be treated under standard warranty (RMA).

Order Acceptance

Nexus Infosys reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Pricing errors
• Stock unavailability
• Technical or system issues

WARRANTY & RMA TERMS

Warranty Coverage

• All products come with manufacturer warranty
• Warranty type is carry-in, unless specified otherwise
• On-site warranty depends on the brand’s service availability in your location

Warranty Process

• Customers are required to contact the authorized brand service center directly
• Nexus Infosys can assist but does not hold direct responsibility for manufacturer warranty claims

RMA Shipping

• After the initial 3-day period:
  
  • All shipping costs for RMA must be borne by the customer
• Nexus Infosys is not responsible for:
  
  • Transit damage during RMA shipping
  • Delays from service centers or manufacturers

Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if:

• Physical damage (cracks, burns, broken pins, etc.)
• Missing parts, accessories, or packaging
• Tampered warranty stickers
• Improper installation, mishandling, or misuse

Additional Warranty Terms

• Warranty is strictly against manufacturing defects only
• Resolution (repair/replacement) is subject to brand policy
• Full payment must be completed for warranty eligibility
• Warranty timelines depend entirely on the manufacturer

• Nexus Infosys reserves the right to:
  
  • Refuse service
  • Cancel orders
