All products sold by Nexus Infosys are genuine and supplied with a valid GST invoice. Customers requiring GST billing must provide GST details at the time of placing the order.
Order Cancellation & Modification
- Orders are generally non-cancellable once placed
- If a cancellation request is accepted:
- Before dispatch: Up to 2% processing fee may be deducted
- After dispatch: Up to 5% charges may apply
- Order modifications:
- Before dispatch: No charge
- After dispatch: Subject to feasibility and may attract charges
Applicable charges will be adjusted from the refund amount, if any.
Product Scope & Usage
- Products sold are individual components/peripherals, not complete systems unless explicitly specified
- Any special usage in abnormal or non-standard environments must be disclosed at the time of purchase
- Warranty may be void if products are used outside manufacturer-recommended conditions
Transit Damage Policy
- Nexus Infosys takes responsibility for transit damage
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage
- Claims without proper proof will not be accepted
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
- Must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and complete with all accessories and packaging
- If validated:
- Replacement will be provided (subject to availability), or
- Assistance will be given for brand-level resolution
If accessories or packaging are missing, the case will be treated under standard warranty (RMA).
Order Acceptance
Nexus Infosys reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Stock unavailability
- Technical or system issues
WARRANTY & RMA TERMS
Warranty Coverage
- All products come with manufacturer warranty
- Warranty type is carry-in, unless specified otherwise
- On-site warranty depends on the brandโs service availability in your location
Warranty Process
- Customers are required to contact the authorized brand service center directly
- Nexus Infosys can assist but does not hold direct responsibility for manufacturer warranty claims
RMA Shipping
- After the initial 3-day period:
- All shipping costs for RMA must be borne by the customer
- Nexus Infosys is not responsible for:
- Transit damage during RMA shipping
- Delays from service centers or manufacturers
Warranty Void Conditions
Warranty will be void if:
- Physical damage (cracks, burns, broken pins, etc.)
- Missing parts, accessories, or packaging
- Tampered warranty stickers
- Improper installation, mishandling, or misuse
Additional Warranty Terms
- Warranty is strictly against manufacturing defects only
- Resolution (repair/replacement) is subject to brand policy
- Full payment must be completed for warranty eligibility
- Warranty timelines depend entirely on the manufacturer
