No Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been sold and delivered.
Transit Damage Policy
We take full responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.
- In case your product arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The unboxing process
- The damage clearly visible
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Faulty Product
If you receive a faulty or non-working unit:
- You must inform us within 3 days of delivery
- Share proper proof (images/videos explaining the issue)
Resolution:
- In the best-case scenario, we will replace the unit directly
- If replacement is not immediately possible, we will:
- Assist you in coordinating with the authorized brand service center
- Ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible
