Return & Replacement Policy

No Return Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been sold and delivered.


Transit Damage Policy

We take full responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.

  • In case your product arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The unboxing process
    • The damage clearly visible
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Faulty Product

If you receive a faulty or non-working unit:

  • You must inform us within 3 days of delivery
  • Share proper proof (images/videos explaining the issue)

Resolution:

  • In the best-case scenario, we will replace the unit directly
  • If replacement is not immediately possible, we will:
    • Assist you in coordinating with the authorized brand service center
    • Ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible
