I recently purchased an Asus ROG Swift OLED PG27AQDM gaming monitor from NEXUS INFOSYS in Mumbai. This website offers some of the lowest prices for monitors, and since this model had limited stock, I ended up paying an additional ₹6,000. I contacted their support team on WhatsApp regarding the return and refund policy. They informed me that they would take responsibility for any physical damage, and for internal issues I would need to contact the brand’s toll-free number. Because the store is about 2,000 km away from my home, I placed my order online. The product was shipped through Xpressbees and Shiprocket and took six days to arrive. However, the packaging was not very good—they only used plastic wrapping. They should have included a cardboard box 📦 for better protection against scratches.
